Return Policy

1. Requirements for a Return
You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was received.

For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for items such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and certain sanitary products.

2. Return Process
 To initiate a return, please email support@nomu-lifestyle.com with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the item (if damaged or defective)

  • Contact information

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

We have only one return address located in Asia; returning to a different address will void the possibility of a refund.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as untracked shipments will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Return Shipping
Returns are made at your own risk. Nomu Lifestyle is not responsible for lost packages or customs delays.

A tracking number must be provided to confirm receipt of your return.


Refund Policy

1. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 30 days.

2. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 30 days, first check your bank account.

If the issue persists, contact us at support@nomu-lifestyle.com for assistance.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

A photo or video of the issue is required for verification.

Based on our evaluation, we will either send a free replacement or issue a refund.

4. Customer Complaints and Partial Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your item but do not wish to return it, we may offer a partial refund as a courtesy.

If you choose to return the item, shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.


Cancellation Policy

1. 5-Minute Cancellation Window
Due to our automated processing system, cancellations are only possible within 5 minutes of placing the order.

If you wish to cancel within this window, please email us immediately at support@nomu-lifestyle.com

After 5 minutes, your order is considered confirmed and cannot be canceled.

2. Cancellations Due to Processing Delays
 If your order has not been processed within 3 business days, you may request a cancellation by emailing support@nomu-lifestyle.com.

Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be canceled and must be returned after receipt.

3. Orders Already Shipped or In Transit
If your order has already been shipped or is in transit, cancellation is not possible.

We recommend waiting for delivery and then requesting a return.

4. Cancellations Due to Delivery Delays
Orders delayed more than 10 business days may be eligible for cancellation on a case-by-case basis.

Dispute Resolution

Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a payment dispute (chargeback) without contacting us first, we reserve the right to refuse future purchases.

We offer partial refunds (30–50%) as an alternative to returns in cases of dissatisfaction.

Orders under dispute must be returned to our warehouse before any refund is processed.
